Starting a coffee shop?: Free Cafe Setup cost Calculator
Having seen lovely pictures of this café circulating around on social media, I had to see it for myself in person. My friends managed to get a table on the 3rd floor of the café…yes it spans 2 floors (the 2nd and 3rd floor of a shophouse) but the décor starts right at the stairway from the entrance on the first floor.
The main colour theme of the café is pink and from the street outside, we can see the bright pink windows from a distance. This whole café is very pretty and it looks like a page out of a fairytale. It’s adorned with colourful patterned lanterns. I will let the pictures speak for themselves.
This patterned quilt chair caught my eye before I left. It’s a unique piece of furniture. Wondered if the owners actually got it customized. I absolutely do want something like that in my living room.
We ordered Rainbow cake, Oreo cheesecake, Red velvet cake, a French Classic Set, Passion Sunrise Tea, Chamomile Honey Tea and a Purple macaron for my daughter.
The cakes were decent, not that sweet but the flavours were not rich enough for me especially the cheesecake. I tasted more oreo than cheese. My personal favourite of the 3 cakes was the red velvet. Sorry that I can’t elaborate more on the purple macaron as my daughter finished it before I could take a bite. She said it was yummy though. Passion Sunrise Tea is actually Iced Passion Fruit Tea with assorted fruits. We found the drinks pretty normal.
Surprise of the day was the French Classic Set. The sausages and the croissant were well done and tasted quite good together. Croissant was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Overall, my friends and I had a great time there.
