Coffee is a diuretic. It’s a very popular drink that has been linked to some impressive health benefits.
Because of its acidity, coffee has an effect on your digestive tract due to the acidic nature of coffee and can cause temporary bloating.
Do not drink coffee on an empty stomach to help prevent bloating. Drink your coffee black to avoid bloating.
The caffeine in the coffee can cause dehydration slowing down digestion and gasses build up. Always drink enough water after drinking your coffee.
Reduce the number of cups, if you are drinking too many cups of coffee. Because the caffeine and cortisol build up in your body and cause bloat.
