Introducing another new café 23 Jumpin at The Commerze in Tai Seng! This store is sparsely decorated and serves a small, “focused” menu of mainly breakfast food and beverage. They also offer some mains if you are looking for something heavier for lunch and dinner.

I was there for brunch so I ordered Mushroom and Cheese Toast ($8).  One thing I have to say is that the servers were pleasant and efficient. The bread was excellent. It was thick and crusty, topped with sweet succulent sliced portabello mushrooms covered with a generous heap of melted mozzarella. The light salad side complemented the toast well. Though the mushroom and cheese was rather heavy for me, it was a satisfying brunch.

The Iced Green Tea ($4) that I had with the toast was pretty normal. It’s not too sweet and not too bland.

I have to conclude that their service is good, and the prices are reasonable and the food is not bad. Another good thing about 23 Jumpin is the prices on the menu are nett!!
