Online traffic for Coffee | The Australia
The incremental of 20% of online traffic starting from March 2020 can be attributed to more Australian shopping from home during the Australia lockdown period.
What is interesting is although Australia has eased most of the lockdown measures, the online traffic did not decline much. The Australian have taken a liking to the online ordering of coffee beans.
We are showcasing the online traffic in other country to highlight the potential of online shopping: Global Market Reach. It does not matter that you are a small coffee bean roastery, with the right partner, you can have customers around the world.
The United States online searches for coffee is high and we believe this directly correlates with coffee consumption. With this high demand, the supply of coffee (competitors) is high too.
And the game-changer, high growth in traffic shows that many coffee companies are active in online marketing to grow their online presence.
Other than being in a competitive industry, there are sites that compete for traffic that are not selling coffee products, e.g. coffee content, coffee machine sites.
To compete effectively is to increase your touch points and market presence.
