As an entrepreneur, I run several businesses in IT, Education, Events Management and Franchising. I am a firm believer in providing good service with trust and integrity.

I have been involved in training, coaching and consulting for more than 15 years, with the intention of dramatically increasing the productivity and performance of people. I am adept at training large groups, youths and adult learners, focusing on Leadership, Innovation, Entrepreneurship, Wellness and Fitness.

As a lecturer in Design Thinking and Innovation in a local polytechnic, I believe strongly in creating a product or service to meet the users’ needs. With my personal philosophy of Business with Ethics, I have trained numerous batches of students to be innovative with ethics as I believe that our youths would have a better edge when they are firmly grounded with strong core values as they face the increasingly competitive and VUCA world.

I believe in lifelong learning and continue being active both in mind and body. That is why, even as I am approaching the big 50, I am still learning and keeping myself healthy.

OCM (OnCoffeeMakers.com) was started in 2007 with the first webpage about coffee machines. And for a number of years, we focused on helping people find their desired coffee machine (we still are helping folks with that! So, if you are looking for coffee machines for office or restaurants - check out the link).
