Beginning With Espresso Makers - Delonghi Bar 140

We all have to start somewhere.

I’m really interested in owning an espresso machine but I’m reluctant to spend over $300 on my first one.

I love drinking espresso, but I when it comes to preparing one, let’s face it, I’m no expert.

So for my first espresso machine, I decided to try out the Delonghi Bar 140.

This is a pump driven machine, so it’s a natural transition from this to a more expensive espresso machine.

Surprisingly, I’m satisfied with the kind of coffee that I’m getting.

It’s not fancy. But for only $90, it’s not a piece of junk.

Once I’m confident that I’m ready to buy a more expensive espresso machine, I’ll be keeping this one for a backup.
