I have been roasting my coffee beans ever since I became a coffee enthusiast.

I wanted to roast my coffee in order to adjust the taste of the beans to my preferred quality. I have bought a couple of home coffee roasters, some were cheap, and some were pretty expensive, to be able to find the best coffee roaster for me.

But I have experienced numerous times of having a bad burn in coffee beans, especially if I am still learning how to use some of my coffee roasting machines.

Having a bad burn makes your coffee taste more bitter and usually it will just be put to waste.
