No worries, Far Coast is doing well (how bad can it be, with Coca Cola as its parent company?), they are using Blue Pine that is devastated by the pine beetle for a cause.
The wood that would be used for installations in the athletes villages such as chairs and tables manufactured by British Columbia center of Advanced Wood processing and the wood came from blue pine that is destroyed by the Mountain pine beetle because of Global warming.
Known as the Blue Pine Furniture partnership, it would highlight a legacy of sustainability, innovation, design, creativity and collaboration and at the same time supporting the West Coast Communities devastated by the pine beetle.
Good stuff that Far Coast and Coke is doing. Think about it, when it comes to sporting event, such as Olympic, Coke is always very supportive.
In fact, I read somewhere they have been supporting the Olympic movement since 1928!
