Sunbeam HDX23 Heritage Design 12-Cup Programmable Coffeemaker

I bought this sunbeam coffee machine for home use because upon reading on their website, I was amazed with its great functions and its promise to be a durable coffee maker that would last for many years.

I was wrong. I lasted only 3 weeks before it stopped working.

The coffee pot worked fine the first couple of times but then it stopped transferring water from the reservoir to the coffee filter.

I think I was robbed of my hard earned money and should have bought a better machine in the market.

Its appearance is cool and It does not look like its of low quality coffee machine. May be you handle it wrongly or may be its really of such low quality, who knows.
