I love my espresso coffee

I used to own a Cuisinart commercial size machine.
I also used to work for Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf and having lived in Seattle for a number of years my best espresso experiences came from the smaller lounge type coffee shops.
I love my espresso coffee. I will say that this machine beat my expectations on almost all levels, with just a couple of adjustments.
The foam takes a few minutes to heat to 140-160 but when it's done the froth looks and taste better than any chain coffee/espresso shop.
Second the look, taste and texture of the espresso is something out of some coffee shop in Italy. I use the store bought pre-ground Lavazza espresso and it's nuts!
Not only will I save heartache from not getting my latte's made correctly from so-called "trained professionals" but I'm also saving money.
I'm more that satisfied with this machine compared to my old $600.00 machine, it's night and day I tell you!
