One time I had a meeting at a house of my high school friend. She told me that she is now a coffee enthusiast and is recently experimenting on roasting her own coffee beans.

I was quite impressed when I saw her home coffee roasting equipment, so I watched as she roasted coffee beans to perfection, that was bought a couple of towns away from where we live.

After roasting and grinding, when I tasted the coffee, I was really impressed with the taste difference of a coffee that comes out of the box, and the coffee that was freshly roasted.

Its all in the taste, the taste of the freshly roasted coffee is really excellent and the quality was superb compared to the instant coffee I have at home.
