I should have bought Krups coffee machine instead where their krups replacement parts are available right away

I am not happy with my purchase of this Bunn coffee machine. Its carafe has a malfunction and the coffee always drip all over my floor.

I hate this unit. No matter how hard you try, it is almost impossible not to make a mess when pouring a cup of coffee.

It does not heat the coffee to a very hot temperature and we were not aware when we bought this coffee maker that it does not have an automatic shut off.

Also, when it broke down and it needed a replacement part, it was really hard to find parts online.

Even their service center wants me to wait a couple of weeks before replacement arrives. I should have bought Krups coffee machine instead where their krups replacement parts are available right away.
