I upgraded from a Melitta to a Saeco, it is good coffee, but lots of steps… Melitta is a good coffee machine too.

I had my Melitta a year back. This coffee machine has good features too but the coffee seems to taste different .

I can’t really say how does it taste like but the coffee seems to be not bitter as my last machine. I bought another filter from another company that fits on my machine just to satisfy my taste buds.


I bought a coffee machine from Saeco as a replacement for my Melitta. I bought a stainless steel Saeco 12-cup automatic drip coffee maker with glass carafe and burr grinder.

It has all the features that qualified to my dream coffee machine. With the 24hr. programmable timer, I can have my coffee every morning in an instant.

Overall, I am very satisfied with the Saeco coffee machine. I am impress the simplicity and the engineering of this machine.

I have tried many different kinds of coffee machine but when I got this Saeco coffee machine, I am completely satisfied with it.
