I would not recommend this product for a coffee machine lease business

This is one of the worst coffee makers to buy. The after sales service is the worst I have experienced in a product.

At first we like the coffee maker even though it is difficult to get the carafe in and out. That is what lead to dropping the carafe and breaking it.

Krups answer to why they have no replacements is that it is a new product and they can't get them yet so they're on back order.

I think I wasted a good amount of money by purchasing this product.

Also, I would not recommend this product for a coffee machine lease business, because the machine is not durable enough and the after sales service is terrible.
