J.CO Donuts & Coffee at Paya Lebar Square | Nuova Simonelli Coffee Machine

I was at J.CO Donuts & Coffee at Paya Lebar Square buying donuts when I saw their Nuova Simonelli Coffee Machine. This is a semi-automatic machine that most cafes are using.

The differences are instead of young baristas greeting me from behind the machine, I have two middle-age women who look like our regular housewives.

They are swift when it comes to brewing various types of coffee with this sophisticated machine.

What surprises me further was that they offer Artisan Brew (V60) at $6.00 per cup too! I find that their beverage range is quite amazing with many special creations which go well with different donuts. It would be fun if they conduct Dounts and Coffee pairing experience for consumers. Love their Tiramisu Latte which is not too sweet and aromatic with excellent creaminess. Didn’t know that J.CO serves good coffee in Singapore. Impressive!!!
