stop brewing

it worked fine for few months then stopped brewing while the water remain in the tampering handle.
even tested with water only and without coffee but still the water remain in the tamper and not draining to the cup.
the button in the tampering handle works fine and can flash the coffee for cleaning and the water passed fine when press the button.
sent the machine to the agent but did not fix it and they suggested changing the tampering handle( 50$). I doubt the problem because of this. I do not use it any more. still looking around for a solution or I will dispose it.
