Mr. James

I just bought my 5th machine. It is the commercial grade grindmaster pod maker $300. I started with the senseo, which at the time was noisy and often did not seal the pod properly. Thus the strength of my coffee would vary.
Next I tried the Keurig. These break. They start as the company calls it "short cupping" after just about a month. There are complaints about these all over the web, at the amazon site, and at the kuerig site. It is really irratating to have to wait and then throw out the first two k kups of coffee. However, the sumatran reserve from green mountain is very good.
I tried the Bunn MCP single serve, but could not get water through it no what I did. Sent it back.
I am hoping the Grindmaster will fill the bill. All the reviews say it always dispenses the same amount of water and that one can control the strength of the cup by adjusting the type of brewing (not by stopping the brew or using less water which are not real controls to me) If not there is now a Cusinart K cup machine. It comes with a 3 year warrantee so hopefully it has a pump that works, unlike the keurig ---- who will not even answer emails.
