The thing about cold brew is you cannot use any froth maker to make froth.

I really love hot coffee especially cappuccino. My friend had told me to try a cold brew system which makes the coffee taste much better.

But upon seeing the process, I was not really impressed as the process takes a very long time compared to the usual brewing of coffee that I am used to.

When using my espresso machine, it just takes 5 minutes to be able to make a cup of coffee compared to the long time frame of making cold brew.

Plus, it can’t make the froth I want in my coffee.

French press for froth NEW

Just add your cold brew to a french press and pump it for a minute. Comes out very frothy

I Froth Cold Brew & Like It

I've been using frothed cold brew in hot, frothed skim milk for 2 months now and love the quickness of prep and cleanup vs. espresso. Once every 2 wks. I make up new batch of cold brew concentrate (currently using Trader Joe's Ethiopian yurgechev.)
I use a Capresso Classic 113 ($65 "like new" on ebay) just for frothing. First I froth the milk. Then I froth the concentrate in a separate stainless pitcher and pour/spoon it on top the milk. Love the taste it gives me with minimal acid and just enough caffene. Someday I'll invest in a good grinder so I can make my guests true cappucinos. But for me/now I'm very happy. Looking for more tips on which make and model of beans make great tasting cold brew.
