Two thumbs up for this great coffee maker and it is even better than my old saeco coffee machine

For so many years now, I have stayed loyal at using Bunn coffee makers and AI am still very happy for sticking with it till now.

The coffee makes really fast brew and you will spend a little time waiting for you coffee. I just don’t quite like the design of the carafe.

I am on my second decanter, the first's seal went and trying to pour from it was a disaster. The second carafe's sprout is so small it can not handle even pouring a small amount without dribling.

I contacted Bunn and told them this was uanacceptable and would like to know what they would do to rectify it and received a polite response to check and be sure I clean throughly around the sprout...in other words it's my fault and they would do nothing.

If you go to their website you will see the carafe is no longer for sale..."Temporarily Unavailable"...it has been that way for several months now.

They know there is a problem with the carafe but will not admitt it. They just continue to sell the model with the defective carafe.
