In the office, we have been using a delonghi coffee urn for a long time. Although we preferred other coffee machine, our company has stuck with a coffee urn<.

The problem with a coffee urn is that the coffee does not taste really good, it tastes a bit bland and sometime the coffee is not hot enough.

So I instead bought an hour glass coffee maker to my office to brew my own coffee. Having a cold brew coffee maker takes a long process, but the result it simply awesome.

It has less acid, thus making the coffee taste rich and full bodied. For that reason, I have stuck with a cold brew coffee maker rather have coffee from an urn coffee maker.
