Careshop de Cafe is located at Bendemeer and it serves fresh gourmet food, light snacks and excellent decadent cakes. Nearby is the famous Boon Keng hawker centre and after having a hearty meal there, Careshop de Café is just a stone's throw away if you are looking for a great treat for your taste buds. Other than being great value for money, the high ceiling and full length glass windows allows you to peer out beyond the enclosed shop thus providing a relaxed ambience. Apart from the excellent taste and good variety of food, CDC's involvement in the World Vision is impressive. CDC contributes to the through charity programs on a regional and a global level.

The Yam Cheesecake ($5.80) is a must-try . The texture of the Yam cheesecake was absolutely heavenly, awesomely light and delicate and it melted in my mouth. The taste of Yam was just right and does not overpower the rest of the cake. Yam and cheese are blended well and kudos to the chef’s touch for a perfect combination.

Mango cheesecake’s ($5.80) layering was well thought through with crumbles starting from the top, followed by mango and vanilla sponge. It’s not overwhelmingly sweet and the light and fluffy texture was definitely satisfying. Overall, the taste was well-balanced.
