Getting a Necta coffee machine for your office is a simple decision. Their coffee machines are simple, elegant, and come from a solid pedigree of manufacturing some of the most commonly used coffee vending machines and office coffee machines.
This makes Necta coffee brewers and espresso machines an ideal solution for both your hot and cold beverage needs. Whether you are after high quality espresso or hot chocolate, models such as the Koro Max and the Krea stand out as great options for the office.
Necta Coffee Machines: Space Saving
For us, one of the biggest draws of getting a Necta coffee machine is that their office range of coffee machines are one of the smallest in the market, and take up a very small footprint in your office pantry or breakroom.
The Krea only takes up a space measuring 41cm x 56cm, while the Koro Max does even better at 33cm x 53cm. There are different variants to the machines, such as the Korinto Prime and Krea Touch, but these slightly more feature packed coffee machines of the same lineage do not take up more standing space on the counter, and are instead built up vertically.
Of course, if you were to add on the option of a milk chiller or milk fridge, that will take up additional space beside the actual coffee machine. This makes the Necta range of espresso machines an ideal solution if you are dealing with a small pantry space with limited countertop space.

Necta Coffee Machines: Versatile
With each coffee machine model we have mentioned here, there are again further model splits for different types of coffee source. So for example, you can have a Koro Prime that functions as a bean to cup coffee machine, using fresh beans to produce espresso, or a Koro Prime that functions as an instant coffee machine, using instant coffee powder instead.
This versatility of being able to have the same coffee machine, but with different configuration, is something that is hardly available with other coffee machine manufacturers in the market. This means that you do not have to compromise between choosing a coffee machine that you like, and the drink options available on it.
All the variants are also able to be configured to operate in tandem with a milk chiller or milk fridge, enabling the espresso machine to churn out your favourite milk based coffee drinks such as a latte or a cappuccino. This milk fridge or milk chiller is connected to the main machine via a milk delivery system, so that you can still get your coffee dispensed with ease just by pressing a single button.
Necta Coffee Machines: Fast and Reliable
Do not be fooled by the size of these Necta coffee machines. Despite being small, they pack a powerful output, with models like the Koro Prime in espresso configuration, rated at 80 cups per hour. Essentially, that means it takes less than a minute for a Koro Prime to produce a cup of coffee, non-stop for an hour, which is a real testament to the strength of the boiler system on the Necta Koro Prime.
There are numerous similar sized bean to cup coffee machines out there that are built for offices of about 30 to 50 pax, so the Koro Prime’s 80 cup an hour output blows the competition out of the water.
An important thing to note is that there is some difference between a coffee machine that is rated by output per hour versus output per day. When you consider that in an office setting, coffee consumption is usually skewed towards certain times of the day such as the early morning and mid afternoon, it is important to have an espresso machine like the Koro Max, as it will have to produce many coffees in a limited span of time.
Reliability is another aspect where Necta coffee machines really stand out. Due to the company’s heritage as a manufacturer of high volume coffee vending machines, as well as numerous other forms of vending machines, component and parts quality on Necta espresso machines is very high. T
his means that this is a coffee brewer that is not going to die out on you after a few months of heavy usage. That being said, after long periods of heavy usage, there is bound to be some preventive maintenance involved, as with any other coffee machine.
The good news is that Necta coffee machines also utilise a modular assembly system, where the brewing unit, delivery group, and grinder units are built to be removed as a group instead of individual coffee machine parts. In essence, this will be an easy machine to fix, with very little down time during servicing, and will likely last a very long time if preventive maintenance is carried out correctly and regularly.
