The suggestion for these 3 steps to the best office coffee machine comes from the findings of an office coffee survey involving 1088 participants during the Office Expo Asia 2019.
Step 1: Good Coffee
It need not be the best, but bad coffee is one reason why people are not staying in the office to drink the coffee. In the survey result shown below, you will note that more than 70% are not drinking coffee in the office either they do not like or prefer other coffee.
For more information: Office Coffee Survey
Step 2: Variety of Beverages
While we hope that everyone drinks coffee, there is still a minority group of colleagues that do not or even cannot drink coffee. And a good coffee machine must be able to cater to this group of non-coffee drinkers.
Step 3: Easy to Use
It must be easy to use, preferably with a button push operation. The pantry must be a place for employees to enjoy a short break, the coffee machine or the use of it must not add additional stress to them.
That was how to choose the best office coffee machine, but why should we have one?

More businesses are installing an office coffee machine as a means to improve productivity.
Reduction on "leisure" hours
The point would be that your staff is able to access good coffee in house and that leaving the place of work to get a cup of coffee is no longer necessary.
Networking opportunity
There are also suggestions that important in house networking can occur around the coffee machine. By providing a commercial coffee machine that is able to handle the volume of coffee traffic expected, you keep your people at the workplace and improve communication.

OCM (OnCoffeeMakers.com) was started in 2007 with the first webpage about coffee machines. And for a number of years, we focused on helping people find their desired coffee machine (we still are helping folks with that! So, if you are looking for coffee machines for office or restaurants - check out the link).
In 2010, we started getting enquiries on restaurant marketing and we start to help food and beverage brands with their marketing. Below are campaigns and events that we have done over the years:
