Lurking at a corner of Orchard Gateway's basement, one might just simply walk pass Ollie Café. But that's not the fact for Ollie Café. The alluring fragrance of coffee and lively chatters from the café will definitely catch your attention if you do walk by.

For one, its interior stands out in a Orchard shopping mall. It doesn’t have the typical décor that you will expect in Orchard Road. It follows the vintage industrial theme and even had a vintage telephone displayed in one of the corners. The colourful chairs, cups and food pictures are a nice contrast to the rest of the café and I just love the overall outlook.

We went into Ollie at around 9pm and surprisingly, there are still quite a lot of customers

I was craving for chocolate cakes but they were all sold out. Looking sad, I had to just change my order to a blueberry cheesecake. However, the waiter offered to throw in a complimentary scoop of chocolate ice cream to my cake (as a substitute of the chocolate cake)! Thumbs up for their service and I am a happy girl!

Well, no regrets for me in giving their blueberry cheesecake a try. The cheesecake is not too cheesy, just perfect for me. And I love the strong blueberry taste that lingered on in the mouth.

Good service. Good cake. Great café.
