It is one of the few home model espresso machines available in the market that not only has the look and feel of a commercial espresso machine but has its capabilities as well.
The Pasquini Livia 90 is packed with features found in many high-end espresso machines including having a commercial size and style portafilter handle, electronic controls and temperature indicator lights.
It also allows the user to brew coffee and steam milk at the same time, In addition, the Pasquini Livia 90 comes with an NSF Sanitation Certification making it an ideal espresso machine for use in the home, office, or for small businesses in the food service industry.

At first glance, the Livia 90 has the look and feel of a commercial espresso machine. Its body is made of stainless steel and all framework components are powder coated for anti-rust protection while all internal components are lead free.
Probably the most important advantage the Livia 90 espresso maker has over other home model espresso machines is its commercial size and style portafilter handle.
Because the size and style of an espresso machine’s portafilter can affect the quality of the espresso produced, the Livia 90’s portafilter was specifically designed like that of a commercial espresso machine in order to produce high quality espresso.
The portafilter is made of chrome plated brass to stabilize the temperature throughout the coffee brewing process while its handles are made of high quality, durable plastic.
The portafilter weighs at 19 ounces and its diameter measures 58mm to allow water for the even distribution of water over the wide surface area.
And the Livia 90 is also one of the fastest and most efficient products to make espresso since it does not need a recharge time in-between shots.
This is because the Livia 90 has automatic water refill and pressure (not temperature) controlled brewing for unlimited espresso production.
It also heats up quicker than most espresso machines, taking only 7 minutes. Other than the superior quality espresso it produces, the Livia 90’s ease of use, time-saving qualities and the fact that its so easy to clean make it worth every penny.
All in all, the Pasquini Livia 90 is a highly durable, semi-commercial espresso machine that will allow the user to make many excellent cups of espresso for years and years to come.
OCM (OnCoffeeMakers.com) was started in 2007 with the first webpage about coffee machines. And for a number of years, we focused on helping people find their desired coffee machine (we still are helping folks with that! So, if you are looking for coffee machines for office or restaurants - check out the link).
In 2010, we started getting enquiries on restaurant marketing and we start to help food and beverage brands with their marketing. Below are campaigns and events that we have done over the years:
OCM's campaigns: F&B Marketing Ideas by OCM

Check out this restaurant marketing guide to learn more about the many campaigns and companies we have worked with.
Since then, we have also created many marketing workshops and classes for the F&B industry. Many of these modules are still running in tertiary institutions such as Temasek Polytechnic Skillsfuture Academy and also ITE College East COC classes, below are some snippets of our lectures and workshops:
